Revisiting Brixton Rec is an engaging community heritage project dedicated to preserving the vibrant and often overlooked histories of Brixton Recreation Centre. We aim to compile an extensive archive of oral histories, photographs, and digital artifacts that capture the essence of the diverse events and activities that have shaped the unique character of The Rec since its opening in 1985.
